He's a white dude, wikipedia says he's gay and married to the next dude in this list, he has kind of blond red hair, and he's played by the dude who played the journalist dude in Rent.
Big Parent Energy/Can & Will Touch You with their Cold Hands When you Least Expect: Dr. Hugh Culber: He's the doctor on the Discovery, he' married to the mushroom scientist. He's a Latino dude with dark short hair with a little bit of grey hair, and a goatee in a white doctororing outfit. He looks like he will take no shit from you, but also will put his Star Trek Doctoring Stuff in the freezer to fuck with you.
Adulthood is Overrated/Would Fight God: Michael Burnham. This is a woman, even though her name is Michael. Which is cool. Wikipedia just spoiled me for everything about her, which is not. She's a black woman with long braided hair. She looks like she's about to say something insulting that you won't realize is an insult until an hour later.
Adulthood Overrated/Cracker Barrel Arson Charge: Cleveland Booker. He's a courier from the? Future? He's a black dude with short black hair and some facial hair. He looks like he will either fuck you up or maybe fuck you. He's wearing a cool black leather coat and a black shirt.
Adulthood Overrated/Tater Tots: Keyla Detmer: She's a space pilot. She is a white lady with long kinda reddish blond hair that's shaved on one side. She has some cybernetic robot stuff in a semi-circle around one eye, and that eye's a different color. She's smiling and also giving some side-eye.
Adulthood Overrated/Can and Will Cold Hands You: Joann Owosekun: She's an operations officer. I don't know what that is. She's a black woman with long black hair in kind of a faux-haux braided style. Wikipedia has nothing on her. She looks Concerned.

The Feral Changeling Child Raised in the Woods column is absolutely full of some spoiler stuff.
Feral Changeling Child/Would Fight God Behind the 7-11: Philippa Georgiou. Whole lot of spoilers left out, but she's played by Michelle Yeoh, who always looks like she would fight God behind the 7-11. Yeoh is Malaysian Chinese, has her hair up and back in what might be a bun, and is wearing some kind of faux leather vest with her arms bare because which way to the phaser show.
Feral Changeling Child/Cracker Barrel Arson Charge: Gabriel Lorca. Captain of the Discovery for most of the first season. Played by Jason Isaacs with a southern drawl, so that whole Cracker Barrel thing definitely fits. Also spoilers spoilers shut up shut up. Caucasian, pretty standard close cut haircut. Looks like he's giving someone side-eye in this shot.
Feral Changeling/Look How Many Tater Tots: Harry Mudd. Con man, charlatan, and all around asshole. Same character as from an episode of the original series, this one played by Rainn Wilson, which is an amazing bit of casting. He's got a pretty full gray beard, always looks like he's sizing up an angle.
Feral Changeling/Can and Will Touch You With Cold Hands: Ash Tyler. Starfleet lieutenant and former POW. MORE spoilers, this column is just all spoilers up and down, basically. Played by Shazad Latif, who is of Pakistani descent. Medium brown skin tone, goatee, pretty much always looks emo.
