Poetry Jam

There's this poetry jam I'd like to go to in the city if someone could take me.

It's on a Friday night and they've got an open mike segment.

We'd need to use public transport, or maybe a motorbike - I don't mind those so much.

I know, right?

It's not completely a write off but the non-drug therapies take longer and re-traumatizing myself wouldn't be good.

So, public transport or two wheeled vehicles.

Oh.  That's unfortunate.

But,  hear me out here, I'm nor like s psychotherapist or anything but what if we just ignored it and made you get in a car and sure,  you'll have a panic attack but what if we just ignore it?  Drive around till you get over it or pass out from hyperventilating or whatever. And then we repeat it the next day and the next and eventually you'll be desensitized, right?

Maybe? My response to fear seems to be to try and take the head off the nearest person.

Maybe ask Haller? I guess if he's okay with it, we can give it a shot?
