I don’t understand

Every so often I wonder if all the older people were just on a massive amount of drugs in the nineties and then I see old YouTube videos and I’m convinced they were:

Old people. Explain!

I've never seen that before. It has to be some sort of parody. Because there are plenty of tigers in India.

What makes anything a short-lived viral meme? But this one is by the same person that did the badger badger video.

Also I'm gonna get you for that old people comment.

You do run faster, which is why I'm gonna have to bribe the other Olds to make that as difficult as possible for you. ;)

But lunch sounds good, we haven't had nearly enough sibling time lately.

Okay, for starters Weebls is early-to-mid 2000s. If you want actual memes from the 90s, that's strictly creepy CGI dancing baby or Hampster Dance. (or a much more...grotesque infamous link that I'm not putting here).

Hell, even Numa Numa and the very first instance of the Rickroll were in the 2000s.

So in summary, I think it was less about the 90s. Also I resemble that comment about being old.
