So, how much are we allowed to change our suite rooms here?

Because I really want to build this bedroom I saw on Pinterest but I don’t want to do all the leg work if I need to keep everything pristine so when I leave whoever can just move in

Anyway! This is what I’m thinking:

I could do most of it with furniture but I really want that roof look too and that’s going to need bulkheads or lowered ceilings or something.

That sounds pretty good actually. How hard would it be to set up? And could I change it if I suddenly had a firey need for other decore?
