So...Hi.

I'm Maya. Looks like I'm stuck here for awhile, and they told me I should introduce myself.

I'm deaf, by the way. So, you know, try to get my attention in ways other then just talking at me if you want me to actually interact with you.

I'm told I'm going to be in guest accommodation till we get the results of the gene test back, although I'm told the likelihood of me not being a mutant is pretty low.

No idea how long that takes so you should probably get used to me being around.

Well, my brother is rattling around one of the labs or whatever there either doing his mad-scientist impression or pretending to be Legolas. But trust me, he's not a pretty elf.
