Raul has been el presidente for almost a decade, he's not giving it up just because his brother's dead. He's just going to continue Fidel's bloodily repressive yet oddly admirable anti-imperialist regime.

Oh, he definitely is. The larger concern is who's going to be whispering in Raul's ear now. Things won't be getting better, but they can always get worse.
